Other Closings

The center will be open during inclement weather, including public school snow days. However, in the event the center loses power which cannot be restored OR the Governor declares that non-essential employees need not report to work, the center will follow his directive. Parents will be notified of such a closing via phone communication or local radio & television broadcast. For televised announcements, watch First Alert Network on Channel 3(WFSB-TV). Radio announcements will be made on WTIC AM(1080), WTIC FM(96.5), WRCH(100.5) and WZMX(93.7).

The center reserves the right to close if weather conditions present a safety risk.
